Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility:
   
   1. 1.1. The Competition is open only to bakers in Asia who own bakeries, work for bakeries or bakery institutions and have attained the age of majority in their respective countries or states of residence at the time of entry.
2. Entry Submission:
   
   1. 2.1. To enter the Competition, eligible participants must use Saf-instant in their creation and share the recipe. Afterwards, they must upload the image showcasing their finest creation to the designated microsite provided by Lesaffre.
   2. 2.2. Entries must be original works created by the entrants, and must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
   3. 2.3. Each bakery owner or worker may submit only one entry to the Competition.
   4. 2.4. By submitting an entry, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Lesaffre, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Competition.
3. Judging:
   
   1. 3.1. Entries will be judged based on creativity, presentation, and overall appeal by Lesaffre chefs (“Judges”).
   2. 3.2. Additionally, audience visiting the Microsite will be given one voting token per day to vote for their favorite entries.
   3. 3.3. The Judges’ scores will contribute 60% of the final score, while audience votes will make up 40%.
   4. 3.4. The combined scores will determine the winners of the Competition.
   5. 3.5. The decisions of the Judges and audience votes are final and binding in all matters relating to the Competition.
4. Prizes:
   
   1. 4.1. The prizes for the Competition will be determined and announced by Lesaffre prior to the start of the Competition.
   2. 4.2. The Top 2 winners in the Top 50 will win a training trip to the Baking Center in Malaysia. The Top 3 winners will receive a KitchenAid mixer, while all in the Top 50 will be featured on the website and receive a Lesaffre goodie bag.
   3. 4.3. Winners will be solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or other expenses associated with accepting and/or using their prizes.
5. Intellectual Property Rights:
   
   1. 5.1. By submitting an entry to the Competition, participants grant Lesaffre a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publicly display their entry in connection with the Competition and for promotional purposes.
   2. 5.2. Participants represent and warrant that they have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to grant the foregoing license.
   3. 5.3. Participants retain ownership of their entries, but agree that Lesaffre may use their entries in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
6. General Conditions:
   
   1. 6.1. Lesaffre reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in any conduct that is detrimental to the integrity or reputation of the Competition.
   2. 6.2. Lesaffre reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Competition if it is not capable of running as planned, including due to technical issues, tampering, or force majeure events.
   3. 6.3. The Competition is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
   4. 6.4. By participating in the Competition, participants agree to release and hold harmless Lesaffre, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Competition or acceptance and use of any prizes.
